One day Revan will be canon.

Though that depends on whether they ever want his themes in the canon or not. His whole thing, if unchanged, is that
the Force has no light or dark side and the strongest connection you can have with the Force is to use both.
I could see that not being an approved theme.

Sounds like the Bendu in Star Wars Rebels.

Anyone know what the planet in the Star Wars Battlefront Death Star DLC is? Pablo Hidalgo has already confirmed it isnt Geonosis or any Rogue One planet. DICE has also mentioned that its an unmentioned planet at the moment. Curious to see when this planet will come up in the future, considering the game is canon.

Brilliant work OP.
I jumped balls deep into the new canon in the months before TFA released. I had so much Star Wars hype that I read Lords of the Sith, Lost Stars, Battlefront Twilight Company in short succession as well as vol 1 of both the Star Wars and Vader comics.

I enjoyed all three books and both comics at the time but once the dust settled and the TFA hype calmed down I looked back and realised that I didn't really think any of the books and comics were THAT great.

Is there anything out now that is really special and worth reading. I generally prefer stories about the Jedi or Sith (Lords of the Sith is probably my favourite book in the new canon so far).

Bloodlines is by the same author as lost stars and details how Leila ended up the leader of the resistance in the force awakens. If you want Jedi focused stuff try out the comics Obi-Wan and Anikan, Kanan, and the books Ashoka, new dawn, maybe heir to the Jedi. A death maul comic is starting next month and the Vadar and the main series are pretty great.

Well, now we are seeing the negatives of banning a community to the community forums, lol. On one hand, we have new blood in here talking about Star Wars which is always a plus. But then we have regulars from the original OT who have been have been talking Star Wars canon all the time. I appreciate the time and effort into this OT's OP, but the discussions between the two topics is effectively the same.

Quoting myself for the new page. Come join us in the Star Wars OT that's been around for over a year. We would love for new people to join us where we have been talking about the books and comics and everything else since the new canon started.

Kanan and Lando (seriously).

I wonder what their view of The Old Republic is, given it's still ongoing. I guess it's under the Legends banner, but it's also so long ago compared to the regular series that it doesn't really matter one way or the other.
It is non-canon but everything BioWare Austin does still has to be run by the LucasFilm Story Group first before they proceed. So really, who the hell knows.
