There is evidence for and against his post. It's absolutely true that heavy chronic use will have a negative effect on the functions of the brain and your overall mental health. The point is don't smoke too much pot and you will be fine. With that said though, it is easily the safest recreational drug on offer ( much better than alcohol too).
