Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
For $5/month ($7 without ads) you get access to
  • HGTV
  • TLC
  • Animal Planet
  • Lifetime
  • A&E
  • Food Network
  • ID
  • OWN
  • History Channel
  • Travel Channel
  • Science Channel
  • and more
Like - hundreds and hundreds of TV shows, over 55,000 individual episodes available to stream.

Anyone else subscribe?

I've got it mainly for the 90 Day Fiance binge watching and spin offs, but there is a lot of other good stuff worth checking out.

I’m watching HGTV now on Hulu Live, I think it comes with all of them, but with ads. I’m not sure about the on demand content though.

I dont watch TV, aside from an occasional show that grabs my intrest. I subscribe to a few things to keep the wife and kid happy.

Sling Blue + comedy package so she can have her basic TV for Good Doctor, Married at First Sight, This is Us...and Jersey Shore..
This also gives me NBCSN so my kid can watch Premiere League games.

Hulu, occasionally I will find stuff I like actually here. Just marathoned Superstore (man, what a great show!)
Netflix. Again, an occasional show. I enjoyed Queens Gambit lately.
HBOMax. Figure a 'just because' so I have some outside source of movie things.

I tried the Peacock thing and Disney+ but found no intrest in them.

I just cut the cord last month so this whole going 'full apps' is new to me. I might drop or pick up somethings along the way so who knows.
Maybe I'll give the Discovery thing a try.
I also went with the Google Chrome TV. Few people said go Roku but I had a Google Chrome forever so just went with the new Chrome I guess.

Is 'That Pure Potato'
I already have PBS Passport because I give $60 a year to my local station, and Disney+ has the NatGeo stuff, so I feel like I'm good on this type of content.

This has been the best streaming service for me since back when Netflix had good movies. I've been having a blast with Good Eats, Expedition Unknown, and a bunch of the paranormal stuff. I haven't even dug into the documentaries yet.

Same here. I used to subscribe to PlayStation Vue (back when that was a thing) because my wife missed her "junk TV" and needed TLC and Lifetime to get her fix. That was $45 a month at the time, and all the shows had commercials. This is $7 a month and commercial free.

I only care about a handful of the shows myself, but my wife has been very happy with this subscription so far.

Honestly i laughed when I saw they had their own service coming...but I'm loving it in comparison to Netflix, History Vault and Disneyplus.

Just signed up for the trial for this last night, and holy shit at the content.

Going to start a binge of Ancient Aliens. And they even have all of the old crazy "SECRET VAULT OF HITLER" stuff that used to be on History is in the AHC tab.

Expedition Back to the Future is great.

I really recommend Good Eats. It's a fun cooking show that displays some decent recipes, but Alton Brown is a great host and it's packed with a lot of facts and science of how/why things are cooked in the way that they are.

Paranormal caught on camera is probably the best paranormal audience submission shows that I've ever seen. About half of the commentator "professionals" are kinda iffy, but the footage is still usually pretty interesting.

I'm also on season 9 or so of Naked and Afraid. Way more entertaining than I would have suspected. I'm big into nature survival stuff though, so ymmv.
