My guess would be somewhere between 85—95,while I lean more to the 95 direction.I believe this time they made an outstanding Ratchet and Clank game looks amazing and lots of fun.

Gonna go with 83

From what I've seen it looks like a technical showcase and the portals are cool

But unless they are hiding a lot it doesn't seem as creative as it could be from a weapons and platforming perspective and the writing for the last one was just cringe. That could improve but I have doubts

I'd also argue they've got the B-team on this with the next Spiderman getting the best of Insomniacs talent

Probably an 80 game wrapped in a nice presentation shell with bells and whistles that will bring the score up a bit.

I played all Ratchet & Clank games and I'm amazed people here predicting a 90 or more in Metacritic. Do you have played these games? I mean, they are good, but not 90 good.
Pretty much. I've played all the past ones, solid fun games but nothing that pushes anything.

I think this is a game that will generally get 8s with some outliers above and below that. R&C games have always been good, but nothing mind-blowing beyond visuals. So 80-85.

This looks like the first PS5 game I'd consider buying the console for. But can't get PS5s anywhere lol.

So yeah, good reviews or not, can't play the game regardless.

I mean I’ve played a lot of 3D platformers and these games are amongst the best and are clearly the most consistent quality wise.
Ratchet is not a platformer, the platform sections are small and piss easy even for a guy who hate and don't play platformers like me, the game is more of a cartoony tps or an action adventure.

I had Returnal on my list as well, but yeah, scalpers are ruining the hobby on all fronts, a PS5 now cost almost 2x launch price, I want it but not that much.
