It doesn't work when half the population is not biologically programmed to listen and solve your problems.

Women have been abusing man's nature since the dawn of time.
Vice versa.
Men have been oppressing women, from achieving the same statues as men.

Both hurted each other, and will continue to do so.

All these are just stereotypes. Not to mention, the feminist movements discredits women's involvement in the army.

Also women do dirty jobs. This is just 1st world country view. Outside of 1st world countries, most women do dirty jobs. They don't care about those shits.

1st world countries do live in blissful life.
And nobody wants to live in the third world. Hence the goal to either make it a first one, or make it to a first one.

Let's not regress ourselves back into third world status, even though there are plenty of bad actors trying to, and the empty vessels going outside of their own best interests.

Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about the times that men became wage salves while women got to play with babies at home? Or older times that everybody worked equally hard at the fields but men were also used as cannon fodder in wars?

If you go further back human rights were not a thing yet and everybody was treated like dirt by the royalty.

Every single thing they have described here has happened to me and I am not a woman.

One of the comments even suggested that they were interrupted in meetings. EVERYONE gets interrupted in meetings. Even my bosses. Especially in zoom meetings. Thats normal.

You have to be one hell of a fucking narcissist to think you're entitled to not be interrupted in meetings, whatever your gender.

Maybe you need to go back in time, we're women were properties, and didn't a have a choice who they marry, because their parents were the one to pick the husband. Or you know, where men raped women, during the war, or raiding the villages?

Or how about the current world, where they are used as sex slaves, and being trafficked?

Stop with your delusions and face the reality. Both don't have good memories with history. It's just that in the history, women got the worst treatment in the history.

I hate when people interrupt me, during meetings. That is not narcissistic behavior. That is just plain disrespectful.

There is proper way to ask something, Instead of just interrupting the conversation. Don't care what your gender is. If you got something to say, raise your hand.

Bollocks!

Your ethnocentricity is the critical flaw in your thinking.

Perhaps in some countries and cultures in a certain era, this could be considered true, but overall, everybody whether male or female had an absurdly hard time throughout human history. Any claim that centres on women being victimized more than men, globally in history, is pure creamy horseshit rooted in ignorance or an intentional attempt to revise history to fit your modern fictional narrative.

Actually no. Interruption is just a normal and oft necessary part of discussion and especially in the business world. Everybody isn't an expert communicator or a master of brevity. Therefore, in a meeting where you have a fixed time to discuss a sum of agenda points and someone is rambling on about irrelevant subject matter, the meeting facilitator has every right to interrupt. That's not rude or disrespectful at all. In fact, it's disrespectful to waste people's time with an irrelevant diatribe when time is limited in a meeting.

This happens all the fucking time.

Women still get home beaten my men today, at this age.

That is UK, you know 1st world country.

Imagine what women feel like I'm 3rd world country, where they don't have protection.

I grow up I'm 3rd world countries. And let me tell you this. Men down there have way too much anger issues. And they take it on the weakest person there. Women or kids.

That's not true at all, women have been the main influence on men for hundreds of years. They have been the key decision makers behind the scenes for many influential leaders. Yes, they were treated poorly in most cases but if you look at it from another perspective so were men, but by the government instead. (forced to go to war, forced to work long hours in intensive labor jobs, manipulated to be perceived as the provider for you family and if you fail you're a failure) - these were all done to men by other men and women as well.

Many women, prior to the suffrage movement, didn't want to partake in war and government so they abstained from voting. They believed partaking in the voting process was devoting yourself to the government which involved conscription. They wanted no part in it.

Men did not oppress women in a cookie cutter way, there was just a huge division between women as well.

My point is, is that despite people thinking this was 100 years ago it still impacts us today, we're still engrained in stereotypes of both genders - like in dating, the majority of men are still meant to be the leaders, stronger, have higher paying jobs. We oppress each other based off of historical ideologies.

Given kingfey's outlook on gender ratios and meeting interruptions, I'll be honest, I dont think this person even has a job and knows what it's like to work with coworkers.

I love living in a society that is based on worshiping unfalsifiable claims as the highest moral good. We had gotten rid of this shit by the 1990s. They just had to create a new one so that worthless jackals could suck the marrow out of society. We went from modernity to a state of worldwide deprivation not seen since late antiquity.

And?

Men are getting beaten, shot, stabbed and mutilated by men overwhelmingly more in every country today.

Does your link show that women are treated worse than men? Of course not. You're not making any sense.

The fact that you use economic terminology such as "1st world" and "3rd world" to describe countries based on their potential to victimise women vs men shows your ignorance.

There are countries considered third world based on socio-economic development with a lower per capita murder rate than the USA.

Also, you don't need me to tell you that your anecdotal experience of men's anger issues in your country of origin bears no relevance to the question of whether women or men have been victimized more throughout history. That you think that is a reasonable argument is baffling to say the least.

You're not wrong.
What you are discussing is men on men crime. Plus being shot, stabbed are not the same, compared to daily beatings.

You can get arrested if you shot or kill someone. You dont get arrested easily, if you do domestic abuse.

Your answer to your question

Its pathetic, that you didnt think what you typed clearly.

Why would the girls study in STEM field, when there is clear discrimination? You are the type that ignores these signs, and scream about it later.

You are the pathetic hypocrite who thinks he knows the signs and screams later.

"Why would the girls study in STEM field, when there is clear discrimination?" Fuck you and fuck them, there's positive discrimination which means they're privileged and you know what? Even if they weren't, I can understand the necessity to protect, encourage end educate young girls, but adults? FUCK YOU and FUCK THEM.

I'm glad to be a man, even though I was abused young, specifically because when you're a man you have to shut the fuck, burry it, force forwards despite doubts and even other forms of discriminations. And that's the reason why men are responsible for themselves, change things and manage to go forwards while cowardly, entitled women want it serves on a platter and can't even take responsibilities for their own choices.

You're so out of touch with reality it's not even funny.

Men as always suffer in silence and are even terrified to defend themselves due to the woman's "victim" status that has been cultivated in society.
Almost 24% of all relationships had some violence, and half (49.7%) of those were reciprocally violent. In non-reciprocally violent relationships, women were the perpetrators in more than 70% of the cases.

You can see what happens when a woman gets held to the same standards with lesbian relationships which are far worse than anything else in terms of domestic violence. Heretosexual couples are in the middle while gay men couples experience the least amount of domestic violence. See the common denominator? Educate yourself, you're man you got no excuse to be so misinformed.

That is a circular argument used to justify a cottage industry who wants to divide everyone for profit. The only people who win pushing that nonsense are the dividers. No one makes things better by just bitching and moaning while refusing to make things better because of the same things they are bitching and moaning about.

Great job attacking my job.
Coworkers talking in meetings, including interrupting is a normal course of working together.

How would you not know this? Even cooks at the back of a McDonalds can talk over each other.

It's a normal course of business and not gender biased at all. As I said earlier, even execs in meetings can get people chiming over them. Nobody thinks "OMG! People are speaking when I am due to discriminatory issues"

The split is 94.3% vs 5.7%.
Out of all the women working there only 4 women got the promotion offer. Out of all the men that is working there, almost 70 were offered the promotion.

I dont know how you can spin this disparity.
"Insert hire best person for the job" argument here. Only applies when the gap between male/female, white/black narrows. When the gap is in favor of those currently in charge the argument is oddly silent. Gap closes "just hire best person for the job."

Maybe it will be better, if you bring in relevent data.

I am a man, and I have physically abused by my parents. My hands and my legs have been tied, while my mother beat me senseless. I had an aunt who whipped, because I was late to school, than I didnt attend the school that day. i had my grandmother beat me with a jailer stick, because I spilled water tank.

So yes, I know WTF I am talking about.

At least, you are privileged to be in 1st world country, where your family wont beat you, and that they would go to jail if they do that. 3rd world countries dont have that privilege.

Not true at all.

People who are in favour of "hire the best" keep that view in all situations.

If anything, people looking at ratios and affirmative action kinds of hiring practices only bring it up when it goes against their ratio split.

For example, in some medical jobs which are well paid respectable jobs like nursing and dentistry, you get lots of woman. Even more women than men. I have never seen any men complain or women say there's too many women and more men should be hired to balance it out. But it makes sense there's more women because it seems the nature of those careers are heavily skewed to female applicants. So of course there's tons of women in those jobs.

What nobody knows (including you) is the Sony gender and skill set split between men vs women in that Sony department.

The tone of the complaint shows some hints about gap. She used "only 4 women". There was no mention of alot of men working there.
If you are a women complaining about this, you have pretty solid target, accusing them of hiring less women. Yet nothing of that sort come out from the article.

I dont believe that alot of men are working there, while there are less women. These type of stuff would have made a big trouble for Sony, considering how big they are.

They rarely, and I mean rarely keep that view, because they believe when the status quo is changed the best aren't being hired. People see MS executive board is 50% woman and they assume that they're all diversity hires and not the best. You can promote diversity and still hire the best. You're just opening the floodgates to be more competitive...which is only a good thing. You can't assume thats the best are typically all white males. Or you can assuming that but you'd be assuming wrong.

Have you ever "played with babies all day long?" Serious question. With Covid, i was working from home and my wife didn't. It is a handfull and it's just one, in those days they had like 4 or 5 at least.

I don't know why everyone is so hellbent in denying the obvious, women were treated as 2nd class citizens. Hell you could fucking beat a woman on the street and people would just say to mind your business. It still is like that in some parts. My sister in law works at a factory doing the exact same shit (not a 3rd world country either) and receives 100€ less than a man on the same position.

Depends on the definition of best. Best person for the job no matter what? Or best person in demographic A B C so the ratios at the office look better?

Also, the reason why people criticize exec boards magically changing over the past 5 years to be more 50/50 is because a lot of them publicly even state they want to hire more women to balance the split more. If that doesnt show you the narrative they are trying to do, you cant get more obvious when they even state it.

I never assumed the best are white males. Why would I think that when I'm a supporter of whomever is the best for the role regardless of what they look like?

What you are discussing is men on men crime. Plus being shot, stabbed are not the same, compared to daily beatings.

What we are discussing is whether women vs men are victimised more in society. The gender of the people doing the victimizing is irrelevant. We're talking about who is being victimized more.

And fucking lol at your attempts to minimize actions that lead to death or very close to it, i.e. being shot, stabbed, versus domestic abuse (of which women aren't actually the only victims).

You can get arrested if you shot or kill someone. You dont get arrested easily, if you do domestic abuse.
What country do you live in?

In Europe, Canada or North America, or literally any other western country, a man will be arrested the moment an issue of domestic abuse is reported. The problem isn't whether the aggressors are arrested, it's whether it's reported at all, and many women and an even higher proportion of men suffering domestic abuse simply don't report it.

Only city areas, where there is support for women. South America, aside of certain Europe countries, everywhere in the world, you don't get report for domestic abuse.
Its changing slowly right now.

In Arab nation, you can basically slap a women, and not face a consequences at all.

Even my religion, as much I am ashamed about it, encourages in certain times (when she does infidelity or any big mistake).

As for the report, it doesn't really do that much to protect women, since that increases the domestic abuse. In some cases, the abuses gets too much, that women shoot down their husband.

And in those cultures, if you beat up a man, is it also not taken seriously by authorities? I think you'll find that it isn't too.

I'm not going to say there aren't some cultures and regions of the world today that have a very backwards view on the treatment of women and basically human rights in general (as they do correlate), but even in many of those countries, if you look back in history you'll find that the modern treatment of women and people, in general, has generally eroded over the centuries and the historical societies were actually a lot better than their modern counterparts that exist today; especially in many of the pre-Islam Arab nations.
