Anyone else with gut issues?

Yogurt is very helpful in resetting an upset digestive system. Make it a regular item on your plate, but in reasonable quantity.

Some Indian fermented food items that are rich with 'Good Bacteria' are Idli and Dosa. You should try them.

My stomach tends not to like dairy and certain boozes. I refuse to give up either. I've got some bubble guts this morning for an unknown reason.

FOD allergies are a thing. In the recent past I went on a fruit+veggie+dairy diet and I suffered constant bubble guts and exhaust back fires. I already knew I was lactose intolerant, but didn't know I was allergic to some vegetables, as well.

I recent have switched to a mostly meat diet and those problems have disappeared.

So you might want to find out what you shouldn't eat anymore.
Yes, for many, a carnivore diet - even if only for a couple of months - is the best elimination diet. You'll know for sure if it's food that's causing your problems.

As someone who knows someone older(in their early 40s) going through this same issue, you'll eventually have to stop for your own good. The good news with dairy, is that decent enough alternatives exist in today's world, even non-dairy pizza.

I have some stomach issues (after 35 ) I can’t eat too much meat or oil food, feel sick for months. Some times my stomach just break and I wake up with pain and go sleep with pain. I thought it was cancer so I did camera in all my holes…. Doctor said I’m perfect, just getting old 😂

What help me is some kind of brown rice , it take 3 hours to make but my stools are beautiful and perfect now. Sadly is not that tasty.
You should get your gallbladder checked if it happens with fats and oils. Doesn’t sound right that you get sick for so long with pain

I remember I used to have digestive discomfort and proper greasy shits until I started intermittently fasting. After a few weeks, I was dropping one single big log in the morning and that was it. I still have a pic of the first poop I dropped on US soil a few years back when I road tripped from Chicago to L.A. Thing looked like Leviathan out of FF8.

Have had issues on and off for a long time but got pretty bad over the last few years.

IBS seems to be the consensus after a lot of testing and dr visits.

Haven't heard anything about fructose malabsorption. Will look into that.

Have had luck with eat a lot of raw fruit and vegetables. Lots of water. Stay away from processed sugars and fast food.

Fuckin hard to stay away. Especially when you smoke pot every night.

There’s two kinds of fiber you know, soluble and insoluble. Both help prevent a flare up, but when you’re having issues, stick to insoluble like rice or oatmeal. Keeping a regular eating and sleep schedule also helps a lot. If you need snack food, there’s better options like granola mixes, different kinds of nuts, or crackers. I’ve been eating granola for two days now
