Last night I was browsing the store and I was unable to add anything to my wishlist. Is this a known issue? Or maybe a wishlist limit?

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?
I'm sure this is common knowledge here, but keep checking xbdeals.net daily cause price drops go up there long before any site like true achievements aggregates them.

Have you checked if you have defective unit? Why don't you approach retailer for repair or switching it?
I don't think there is anything too bad going on with my system, boot failures are rare and unplugging system has worked. Controller not connecting or losing connection is quite common though.

I don't understand why you think these are very common issues. A machine that fails to boot is not something you should take for granted.

I bought four SX at launch for my family from three different retailers, outside of the initial software bugginess that was updated and fixed i've had ZERO issues with the system booting or controllers connecting etc. Worst i have is the occasional game crashing to the dashboard but that is specifically Destiny 2 and a known issue if you google it. Sounds like you definitely have a defective unit, i'd take it back or send it in for repair/replacement.

The controller disconnecting is usually the firmware needing updating, the Xbox will just not tell you there is controller firmware update available so you have to keep checking manually.

Hey I see that base Witcher 3 and the expansion pass are on sale in the store. Is that the same as the game of the year edition?
Technically the same, but different.

They have different sets of achievements, so you can double up on them if you choose to play through the game twice (once on each version)

So, I checked a few demos from that Summer Game Fest Demo Event. Nothing really stood out, but there are a few potentially good games brewing. They will announce the full list tomorrow, but you can already play some of them.

Batora: Lost Haven - A more family friendly Diablo type of a game. Interesting thing is that you fight not by pressing buttons or triggers, but pushing your thumbstick in the needed direction. I'm not sure if it is good for your controller's health (drift stick etc.), but I don't seem to recall such a control scheme before.

Broken Pieces - Silent Hill, Medium type of game. Some environments look super good for a low budget indie, but it's clearly very early in development, because character animation is jittery and terrible. They should polish the writing too - some awful jokes and comments.

Exhausted Man - Remember the scene where DiCaprio gets wasted on Quaaludes in Wolf of Wall Street? Well, that's basically the game here. You have to crawl around spaces and pick up things and it is both hilarious and super frustrating.

Warhammer 40,000: Shootas, Blood & Teef - A 2D side-scroller with attitude. Violent and silly. Instantly reminded me of Guns, Gore & Cannoli, but then it turned out it was made by the same developers. I will play it when it comes out.

There were a few more that I tried, but they were either terrible or I simply didn't play enough to form an opinion.

Glad to see that K&M support is coming to Xcloud soon. Maybe that will make them willing to put AoE over there.

For anyone wondering, I can confirm that Logitech multi-device switching works perfect Xbox series consoles, super convenient. Just configure your receiver on Windows and then move it to the console.

Oh yeah, it has promise but it needs a lot of work.

Pause the game while running and the character freaks out in the background lol.

just receive my new Xbox… pretty happy with her. The quick resume is pretty awesome. The console is very silent.
I think I did good for going one more gen with the combo of PlayStation and Xbox. They are great together.

All those Bethesda and idsoftware games on gamepass, so good.

MS rewards broken for anyone else today? Doesn't appear to want to give me credit for the daily set.

Just received my latest "reward", picked up a MS wireless headset at zero cost to me. Very nice design, a lot more comfortable than the old TB one I had been using.

Yes it’s borked all over. Took me a hundred tries to finally get my this or that done and keep my daily streak.

I got 3 achievements yesterday and it wouldn't give me my daily achievement or weekly set. I'm about to lose my streak if I can't get it sorted today.

I know people have had their daily streaks restored due to technical issues, maybe a open a support ticket if the weekly isn’t fixed for you.

That sucks. I already had my weekly set done. I did notice I couldn't collect the daily achievement yesterday.

Hope they get this sorted, we like our free stuff. :messenger_tears_of_joy:

I lost it a few months ago due to the same issue, only back up to 14 weeks (this would be 15) and I'd be super annoyed if it happened again.

https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/b...izzard-deal-supported-labor-union-1235174379/

After reaching a labor neutrality agreement with Microsoft earlier in June, the Communications Workers of America has sent a letter to the Federal Trade Commission supporting the tech giant’s $68.7 billion acquisition of Call of Duty maker Activision Blizzard.

The president of the labor union, which in late May successfully established Activision Blizzard’s first certified union at subsidiary Raven Software, sent a letter to FTC leaders including chair Lina Khan on Thursday where he stated, “We now support approval of the transaction before you because Microsoft has entered an agreement with CWA to ensure the workers of Activision Blizzard have a clear path to collective bargaining.” CWA president Chris Shelton added, “Microsoft’s binding commitments will give employees a seat at the table and ensure that the acquisition of Activision Blizzard benefits the company’s workers and the broader video game labor market.”
