You missed the megaton. CoD is getting a sequel.Holy shit. This is the biggest leak in the history of COD.
More Season series for MW2.
I would had never guessed.
You don't even have to hack into Activision to find out what they are working on.Imagine breaking a ton of laws hacking into Activision only to find out they arent really working on anything.
For TES6 it will probably be some meeting notes on when they’re going to start production..Waste of time for such skills.
Hack Bethesda instead so we get some Starfield and TES6 leaks.

Pretty sure the whole GTA 6 leak thing was also because of a Slack account hack so yea lolSlack account? So you’ve got game designers or Activision employees keeping confidential information on other websites? It’s not all kept internally?
I have to wonder if the person used the same password for their other accounts, thus making it easier for someone to keep fishing around for more access.
If I owned a business I’d make every single one of my employees do some sorta cyber security training course. I work in IT and the #1 threat to a business is the user.
Cerny.... That's too far, man.
Documents provided to Insider Gaming from the Activision data breach from December 4, 2022, suggest that Call of Duty 2024, codenamed Cerberus, could be coming to past generation consoles.
Will be interesting to see if a last gen version releases. Going by the transition from 360/PS3 to One/PS4, this recent MW2 game would be the last cross gen COD (year three of new console).![]()

Tons of options in the cloud these days, but security is far more important these days too. So many companies wanting to move away from being on-prem. If the employee can’t use best practice with 3rd party applications then there’s less of a liability on their IT team. Blame the user or blame the site they’re using.Tons of companies use slack when the internal is teams because its fundamentally better.
If it is proven that Activision lied about the severity of the hack it will have consequences. There might've been more to this incident than originally thought: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/ne...activision-employee-data-on-cybercrime-forum/
Could be a genuine human oversight. IOCs can be very subtle and tricky at times. However, it would've been a big mistake if a corporation such as Activision doesn't have a monitoring system in place. If it is proven that Activision lied about the severity of the hack it will have consequences.
We will see what will happen but i hope that it will not get worse from that.
The problem is that they did not talk about it since it happened in early december. So the bigger the hack is, the more responsibilty they will have. Mistakes are human, and the deal with Microsoft complicate matters. We will have to wait and see where it goes .
