Hopefully they can fix the audio too, keep hearing the game repeat the same lines of dialogue back to back.

And quest markers not showing up at all for some quests.

That's not a bug. It's been part of AC since Origins. Sometimes you need to go to your quest journal and select what quest to track.

It's not that, for example last night I was playing the quest Chipping Away and it did not give out any markers. I had to youtube that quest just to figure out where to go and they had markers in the video I watched.

How about to fix general bugs? I mean it's probably too soon to want that, because there are so many of them. Brother has PS5 version and it's straight garbage, he sent me few clips, they are pretty funny not going to lie, but for that price... Damn.

And quest markers not showing up at all for some quests.

Those missions...and im not saying Tranquil Tranquil isn't having a bug..but those missions typically are also the ones where you've accepted the quest - but the markers aren't showing up cause they want you to use the bird or w/e to point at a specific area or person. I went through that the other day when it was telling me I accepted a quest line to go find some items for a specific character, but the markers weren't there. If you go to the bird or w/e he should have a green directional arrow telling you the direction they want you to look, and then on the map that particular area will be marked in green. You mark that area, go back to your character, and the quest marker will point there in green with a <?> symbol over the location. Then you have to sniff out the item or person on foot

The video had markers because he prob used a bird to get the location

Tons of quests don’t have markers. I’m about 30 hours in and I’d say 60% of my quests don’t have markers

It’s intentional

Wonder if they drop resolution more to hit 60 FPS.

Will be interesting.
That last minute 30 fps mode update smell suspiciously. I have the bad feeling the dynamic resolution will drop significantly to keep the promise of 60 FPS and less tearing. Will see.
I hope this means they will add the 60 fps on Watch Dog in the next future and it's not a sort of apologize to the possible lower resolution at 60 FPS in AC with the update

Game needs some patches for sure, some quests are borderline bugged that can't be completed as result.

The most annoying thing i encounter is what the camera goes everywhere and your save is basically bricked.

I have to ask: didn't tearing is a issue on ps5 too during the cutscene? Why they fix tearing just on Xbox console? Would be extremely moronic if ps5 will continue to have tearing issue and not on Xbox.

Game sounds like trash on headphones. And that’s on PS5.

Someone posted how they use 22khz audio throughout. Doubt there will be a patch for that.

Is that true? Is that why it sounds like the horse in Norway is galloping in a hall?

It sucks tho, i will probably be done with the game when the patch hits or almost. Wish they were quicker with them.

Probably. The audio quality in this game is exceptionally bad.

Not just that, the audio engine is exceptionally bad. People are making a lot of noise about it:

The audio quality throughout the AC series has been progressively getting worse. This post analyses Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla, exposing the fact that heavily compressed low bitrate 24,000 Hz audio is utilized across all three titles. Origins and Odyssey was less noticeable because it mixed higher quality 44,100 Hz ambient environment sounds with low resolution 24,000 Hz combat, character and UI sounds. Valhalla was recently discovered to be the worst offender since it uses 24,000 Hz audio across the board.

Audio generally seems to be of a worse quality that you would find with a random search in Napster 20 years ago.
