I’m begging the PC players to buy it too, the age of ATLUS multiplats is dawning!
I am wondering about the fact that it says Windows as a 'platform' whether it's referring to the fact that it's on the Microsoft Store and if it is a Play Anywhere title like Yakuza 7.

Obviously it could just be the OS that they are referring to

Cores, shaders and BIOS oh my!
this looks a lot more demanding.
How do you figure? It looks very much like Tokyo Mirage Sessions on WiiU with minor nudges toward the larger more open scale and scope of SMTV. I doubt it's any real technical demands that stop them from porting it to the Switch (especially seeing performance hardly matters for a turn based game and they obviously didn't care for it in SMTV's case either going by how that came out to accomodate the design they wanted to explore for the main series this time), they just decided to have SMTV on Switch and give other platforms this, at least initially, maybe both will end up elsewhere later. It would be great to have SMTV on other platforms and it'd be super impressive in its own right, if not better looking than Soul Hackers 2, assuming higher lod, shadow quality, etc., at distance, which UE4 settings could accomodate and improved performance to go with these...

Funny to see folks laughing at Switch begging than doesn't even exist in the thread (just people pointing out the obvious, it's weird to exclude that platform over others when the game doesn't look like any leap over previous games that did fit on Switch, not to mention how Japan's market is, or say that's potentially just to give SMTV more time, especially if new content is due). Also how suddenly the Tokyo Mirage Sessions team is more important than SMT's to pretend that with this game on other platforms fans of SMT have no need for Switch's SMTV (or TMSE). Cope harder...

Gay porn is where it's at.

it's on steam and probably MS store. Phil probably paid for this to come to PC/xbox day one

Wait, that's a brand new sequel? Thread title made me think it was a port of a DS game or something. Talk about unexpected.

This looks quite polished and heavily inspired by Persona 5 UI-wise. It should satiate the hunger for Persona 6 for a little while. The character designs are quite good, especially the main dude.

Whatever does the job for me the consumer. Sega separately getting a decent chunk of money from MS at the moment for all the GP deals.
that chunk might turn into acquisition in long run. i could see it and it would be getting Acti/B Treatment

I bought a sex doll, but I keep it inflated 100% of the time and use it like a regular wife
Wasn't expecting something this good, nice!

The battle seems to be some sort of press turn too, and I'm very happy of this coming to PC.

Also... This releases in just 6 month and also worldwide release? WTF Atlus, you spoling us.

This looks like a lame Persona spin-off, sorry but the original one looked and felt way more Cyberpunk.

Wish they would have called this something else instead of trying to cash in on the original’s legacy, guess we are finally at the point of Sega meddling with Atlus’s decisions. :/

Hi friends, I'm a lazy mofo. What's Soul Hackers? I imagine there's a first one and I have never heard of it lol
They are too busy port begging Personna 5.
P5 on Xbox is almost as likely as Halo on Playstation. If Atlus could freely port the game to other console, it would have been on Switch 3 years ago.

People were saying the same about SMTV because the trailer focused on the high school / social aspects of the game.

But in the end the game barely had any high school aspects and even less social interaction (in fact the whole story was pretty barebones).

I think those trailers try to bait Persona fans (which is the popular series) into trying more core SMT games. And for SMT V it worked.

Played the first one on my 3DS. Good game, good story.
Wil replay so the game is fresh in my mind when this one launches. Good to see Xbox getting some love. Will play on my Series.

I'll play it, but looks way too similar to P5 - easily the worst of the rebooted Personas. I guess if you're going to revive an IP may as well attach it to your best selling product.

Looks nice.

Been playing P5R recently, it was my first persona, had no idea this game was so great, i usually can't stand games with a lot of dialogues (main reason why it took me a while to start it), but weirdly i don't have issue about this in this game.

ULTROS!

People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late. I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks.
We don't know that. The setting and battle system definitely look closer to Persona 5.
Honestly, it’s looking more like TMS II but with all characters who can summon demons.

Picking it up for PS5 and PS4, I wish i could pick it up on switch as well.

Really surprising that an SMT game is skipping out on switch, especially with how the switch is selling in japan.

Only hope I can think of is that there is (Switch 2) announcement happening later and it is releasing there but because the (Switch 2) isn't announced yet so they can't mention any nintendo platforms. But maybe, they are just really skipping out on the switch. Never saw that coming. Atlus in here like...
