I was just playing some Monster World on the 360.. but man I just cant do it with this d-pad. I need something more precise. Are there any gamepads for the 360 that work better for 2D games?
Only one I could find was this on. It looks pretty good tbh, but are there more?

Go with that Hori pad. I use it for the 360 and X1 and it works well with old school games and fighters

it depends i guess , i not just played all x360 games on it but then played on pc old NES,SNES, GBA games without any problem

The hori fighting commander is the best 2d controller as far as I am concerned it even beats the classics (og PSX, switch pro, saturn, SNES, whatever you prefer).

Playing MegaMan 2 with it has been a revelation.

Edit: I use it on the PS4 (MegaMan series, Castlevania collection, pacman, anything 2d is worth the hassle to plug in the cable). I also use it on PC (emulation, 2d steam games).
