Some... differences in proportions. Chiaki looks a solid foot taller and the illustrator, aware of this... made her hair longer too? Same deal with Junko and Byakuya too but maybe the issue is more that their body proportions match young adults'? Byakuya looks way too jacked for a rich kid too.
