Following a delay from its initially planned February 3 release date to Aprpil 28, publisher Deep Silver and developer Dambuster Studios have moved up the release date of Dead Island 2 one week earlier to April 21, as well as announced that the game has gone gold. Going gold means the game has completed development and is ready for mass production. The game will now launch on April 21 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC via the Epic Games Store.

I'll keep an eye on this, I know it's different Devs, but I really didn't like dying light 2 that much.

But it's a similar concept open world zombie game, so I'll be listening to what my had buddies think
