Destiny 2 Concurrent Player Count Hits 1 Million After Witch Queen DLC

"According to the Player Counter website, Destiny 2 successfully managed to breach the 1 million concurrent player mark after the release of the Witch Queen DLC. This just shows that the game still remains to be quite popular, even years after its launch. But is it surprising? Not at all. We had already seen Bungie announce that Destiny 2 Witch Queen has sold over 1 million copies way before the expansion was slated to release."

I'm sure Destiny 2 has a lot of players right now, but before we take something as "news" value, perhaps we should take a look at the source.

Sounds like someone has played too much Cyberpunk 2077.

They explain nothing of their method, and their "about "page pretty much sounds like "Our netrunners be really l33t." 😂

The real achievement would be player retention. I played a few hours of the Witch Queen expansion, its pretty solid. On par with Forsaken so far, better than Shadowkeep and Beyond Light for sure.

jesus christ this website is horseshit as validated in that other thread. Go look atg CSGO/DOTA2 steam ccus then look them up on that site. Keep in mind those 2 games are only on steam.
