You forgot freaking massive The Old Republic.I see nothing wrong with this. Go back to the 90's and every year we got at least 2 games and/or 2 expansions. Then in the 2000's we got even more per year.

Also too bad that Disney short sightedly shut Lucasarts down as soon as they were aquired and then subsequently fired almost all of their in house Disney Interactive Developers in 2016…leaving it up to EA.Disney has not learned the lessons that LucasArts learned through decades of making Star Wars games. Over saturation is NOT your friend and while the industry has changed and you can have multiple high level studios and companies producing star wars content, 6 months almost means having upwards of 10 games in development at all times. That's a pretty tall order for ONE franchise. Especially since it only takes a couple rough ones to really tank your image.
