Hopefully the self-tracking controllers improve Walkabout Minigolf. The hilarious part about that game is you can’t line up your putter and then hit the ball while looking at the pin. You have to be looking at the ball the whole time or the game doesn’t register you hitting the ball at all. Perhaps this new device will solve that…

Ok but in reality I’d be able to move my eyeballs around and see the hole. That’s not possible on current Quests….

I was having a bit of fun, if that wasn't clear. I know it's a limitation of the Quest.

I hear eye tracking in VR along with foveates rendering opens up a lot of bandwidth, graphically, but we'll see if this Pro or the true Quest 3 ends up having it.
