I don't think people realize how much GameStop and BestBuy actually helped the original Xbox.

Halo was the killer must have game but Xbox really did well with a few good games.

Jade Empire
Fable
Psychonauts
Forza
and a couple more I cant remember

I bought my first Intellivision specifically because the nice elderly lady at Woolco let us play with it at the store for awhile.
