RECOMMENDED SPECS:
12-Core CPU @ 3.4 GHz
64 GB RAM GeForce RTX 2080 or AMD Radeon 6000 (or higher)
At least 8GB of VRAM

DOWNLOAD LINK: https://drive.google.com/drive/folder...

ASSETS USED: * City Sample - EPIC GAMES https://www.unrealengine.com/marketpl...

* Superhero Flight Animations - INDIE-US GAMES https://www.unrealengine.com/marketpl...

* Rocket Thruster Exhaust FX - SHOGUN GAMES LLP https://www.unrealengine.com/marketpl...

* Iron Man Model - AWM https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/...

NOTES: This is a just a demo put together by myself for fun due to my love for Iron Man. The City Sample is a very heavy project and even using the recommended specs you may experience significant framerate drops and some crashing. I believe this is due to the speed of the flight and the streaming of the level being unable to keep up moving at such high speeds. I have included Scalability settings so hopefully everyone can give it a try even if you do not have the recommended specs. Hope anyone who gives this a try enjoys it. I may continue to improve on this over time.

64GB Ram? is this download just a UE5 project and not compiled? because 64GB of RAM is way overkill if it is compiled

I don't want to sound like a downer but, I don't really see the point in doing a specifically Iron Man mod if you don't even try to get the pose / animation right, Iron Man has a very specific and iconic way of flying, using his hands. This is just the superman mod but with an Iron Man skin.
I loke how fast you can go. Games with free flight always whimp out and make you go really slowly.
Indeed. The best experience I had with something like this was the Iron Man mod in GTA V, you can go insanely fast, it's super fun and faster than any official games I've played

Also look at this flash :messenger_grinning_smiling:

Its the ram. This is amateur product now, so its hard to make it smaller.

the game uses barely more than 4.5GB of RAM, I think you are confusing how much the UE5 editor needs and how much an actually compiled game needs.

edit: 5.5GB once I flown around for a bit and more of the city has loaded in I guess

Meh - looks like all he did was take the city from the Matrix demo, slap an Iron Man skin in it, and added in Iron Man background music.

Yeah already tired of these "demoes"... and it hasn't even been 2 months since this was made available to the public. Really wish they had just made a full-fledged Matrix game instead.

12 core CPU? Ubisoftian levels of optimization

Don't take these seriously. it ran just fine on my 6core/12thread Ryzen 5

it basically runs the exact same as the Matrix demo, which makes sense given that it uses basically 99% of the same assets and code.

still looks like shit if course due to the ridiculously bad temporal stability also found in the Matrix demo...
I really don't like how UE5 looks with Lumen and all the other post processing so far, like, not at all...

legit some of the worst image quality I've ever witnessed on a 1440p screen trying to output 1440p
