I hope it's gonna turn out good! The "being in a city feeling" seems to be good (and very Rush). Rush was also about cutting everywhere and taking shortcuts, i'm sure it's no lacking here too.

May rent it before buying but i'm definetely interested.

For a totally open-ended racing game with tons of desctructives, those screens are actually quite amazing for PS2. The draw distance is insane. I get a really good feel from those screens.

IAWTP.

I was very much looking forward to a new Rush game but this bears little resemblence to old skool Rush. Where are my insane shortcuts and jumps? Most of the jumps I've seen are very small. And the game looks far too slow. I'm not ruling it out completely yet... At least the controls of the cars will be better then the previous "tank" controls of the older games.

Is there supposed to be a stunt mode in this at all? 4 player stunt mode on 2049 ROCKED HARD!
