Dolphin is perfect from my experience.
I prefer playing wii n64 games on dolphin compared to any stand-alone.

For me directx11 runs pretty fine, but as I mention as the Dolphin blog mention they drop dx12 and start to focus on Vulkan.

Pc gets vvvvvvery few updates now.
Once vulkan was available I never bothered checking how DX11 or 12 runs.

This is great. Some games still crash, but Twin Snakes runs like a dream.
