Middle School (aged 11-13 or 14 in the US) is perhaps the most surreal, awkward, and painful time of our lives that most of us pretend never happened. A Frankenstein amalgamation of child-like imagination and raging teenage hormones, its the age where you are getting into the stuff that HIgh School and College kids are into, but are also still secretly into Pokemon and Disney Channel. We've all been there before, so lets discuss some of the Media that defined our late preteen years.
For me, I went through a huge Weeb/Otaku phase, obsessed with Anime, Manga and Japanese video games. I was also obsessed with Invader Zim and Robot Chicken, and still watched Cartoon Network.
