Alright my description may be vague as I downloaded it along time ago but after I had to format my computer I lost it, so hopefully someone may recognize it. The things I do remember about it:
It was based off an Anime IIRC.
The outside was shaped like a castle.
On the inside the halls were REALLY skinny
There was a nekad chick that you could see by going up to the attic and look through a crack.
There was a HUGE room in the middle of the bulding that had like 3 nekad chicks hooked up to a HUGE machine.
It had a really long and complicated name like Seuiruijyu
In the cellar was a motorcycle.
It wasn't originally made for UT2K4 but he changed it at the last minute.
There was a big thread about it here on GA when it first came out.
I REALLY hope someone remembers, as that level was AWESOME!!!1
