Character models looking good so far

Their eyes moved with the camera. That was mind-blowing stuff back then.I remember playing Virtua Fighter 3 in the arcades in 1997 and thinking characters would never look more detailed or realistic…
Could be the sequel took so long to finally be announced or shown to the point where most of the crowd probably didn’t even know what it was anymore.I nearly had a heart attack.
The live crowd - however - barely a whimper. A casual "yay". Pretty sad.

It looks amazing, but even the open beta of VF5 isn't being played by anyone right now.
Street Fighter 2 Turbo Remix was very popular on Xbox 360. PC players will be experiencing VF5 for the first time(without emulation), but there doesn’t seem to be enough hype. I also remember not being able to find enough opponents on PlayStation. It seems like the series isn't mainstream enough. I hope the 6th game fixes this (without compromising the core gameplay).VF5 has been around forever. A little balance patch wasn't going to suddenly make it super popular. It's no different than Capcom releasing Vampire Savior for the millionth time and getting no response. People want something new.
This is exactly the kind of stuff I always wanted to see in a new VF game. 3 did these interesting stages and Tekken and DoA also tepidly played with more interaction before giving up. I hope 3 takes it farther. Like a Jeffery beach that changes elevation from prior rounds. So happy to have VF back. Looks like they'll be building on vf3's environments instead of the same boring rings they backtracked to.
VF5 already did that though so I'm expecting the new one to make even more changes. As long as their promise to focus on innovation and realism holds true I can put up with them continuing to dumb certain things down if it means the series survives. I'm sick of living in a Tekken only world.Street Fighter 2 Turbo Remix was very popular on Xbox 360. Not sure what politics have to do with human rights but aight weird flex
I am playing REVO Beta on PC and I am getting matches every 5 seconds in ranked...It looks amazing, but even the open beta of VF5 isn't being played by anyone right now. I'm afraid this game might face a similar fate. Maybe it's because I tried it on a weekend morning; I'll try again in the evening. However, this game series generally doesn't attract much attention. It's not as flashy as SF or Tekken(it's a plus for me). Maybe its graphics can attract some players this time. Crossplay is absolutely essential.
I also played for 30 minutes like that tonight, but then I couldn't find an opponent for 30 minutes. I hope it's related to the beta phase and that this game attracts a lot of interest. I enjoyed it more and played it longer than Tekken 8, which I paid money for.I am playing REVO Beta on PC and I am getting matches every 5 seconds in ranked...

If it's not AI, then the RGG had Kazumanosuked Akira...

RGG did a great job, yeah, Akira never had an inspired design :/TBF what personality did Akira have in the first place? He was always a Ryu clone, looking to improve his fighting skills in every tournament...
