This list looks weird because Mat shared another with few differences.

Where is these numbers coming from?

Five wrestling titles on the list? Yep, that's Nintendo 64, all right. That does match up with my memories of those days. N64 was the system for Goldeneye and wrestling around the University of MN campus.

It's too bad that Beetle Adventure Racing didn't crack that sales list. It was one of my absolute favorites for the system. I'd also add the Battletanx and Snowboard Kids series, and maybe Shadowman, although I prefer the Dreamcast version.

Jesus the thirst was real for Star Wars, Wrestling, and Pokemon content.

Crazy the drop off between stadium 1 & 2. Nintendo dropped the ball, people wanted that 3d pokemon adventure and did not get it in stadium.

at ~2 million it's mindboggling how we never saw pokemon snap 2

also surprising was no THPS2 on that chart

Only 3.5 million people out of 6 billion in the world got to experience LoZ: OoT.

And I was one of them. Happy days.

(Edit: Shit, the world population is now 7.7 billion! WTF! I thought we were still on 6 billion! 100 years ago we were at 2 billion. So that's a four fold increase in 100 years. And they say it's socially irresponsible to get lost in videogames.)
