Getting serious for a moment: look at this from the perspective of those employing him. He was hired to fulfill certain duties and was entrusted with access to church property. If you were to organize an orgy in your employer's office space, you wouldn't be surprised when you lost your job. There's an abuse of trust here.

I have no strong opinion on the matter of obscenity charges. Given Louisiana law I think it'll be hard for the involved parties to argue their way out of it.

I worked with a guy who brought cocaine and hookers into the office at night. He got fired. Funny thing is, he sued because companies have some sort of legal duty to not to fire employees because of health. He argued that addiction is a health issue, & since they fired him without trying to get him unaddicted to prostitutes and coke, they owed him money. Iirc, they settled out of court.

I kinda hate the guy because a friend died after partying with him in a 3 AM car crash, going so fast his head detached from his body. Friend had just bought a house and his first new car.

16. The reprobate, then, shall be tormented in all the senses of the body. They shall also be tormented in all the powers of the soul. Their memory shall be tormented by the remembrance of the years which they had received from God for the salvation of their souls, and which they spent in laboring for their own damnation; by the remembrance of so many graces and so many divine lights which they abused.
