I don't think playtime is a factor now. This thread was done way before Sony pulled the game, and started accepting refunds carte blanche.

PSA: Sony is allowing refunds for digital purchases of Cyberpunk 2077 past the 2 hr limit. Also: Sony issues biz complaint against CDPR (unconfirmed).
