QuakeCon 2019 Schedule Revealed for QuakeCon 2019: Year of DOOM

Bethesda Softworks has revealed the official QuakeCon 2019 schedule for QuakeCon 2019: Year of DOOM. The event runs from July 25 to July 28 2019, and will host keynotes, panels, eSports tournaments and a number of other activities, all of which will be livestreamed as well.

Some highlights of the QuakeCon 2019 schedule from Bethesda Softworks themselves are as follows.
  1. Keynote: This year’s welcoming keynote will focus on DOOM Eternal. From 11.00 am CT they keynote will show DOOM slaying action on July 26 2019
  2. Panel – The Influence of DOOM: This pane is set to take place directly after the welcoming keynote, and will explore the impact of DOOM’s release 25 years ago on games today. The panel will feature developers from id Software, MachineGames, and Bethesda Game Studios
  3. Panels – Fallout 76, The Elder Scrolls Online, DOOM Eternal: On Saturday July 27 2019 there will be panels for Fallout 76 (10am CT Saturday), DOOM Eternal (11am CT Saturday), and The Elder Scrolls Online (2pm CT Saturday), led by developers from id Software, Zenimax Online Studios, and Bethesda Game Studios.
  4. Esports Tournaments: Tournaments for both The Elder Scrolls Legends and Quake Champions will be held at QuakeCon 2019. From Thursday until Saturday Quake Pro League will be taking place, with The Elder Scrolls Legends Master Series scheduled for Friday
  5. Exhibit hall: On Friday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, the exhibit hall will host a huge number of booths. Among them will be booths offering attendees the first chance to play DOOM Eternal

  • 10:00am-6:00pm – Quake Champions Quake Pro League Competition (Livestream)
Friday July 26 2019

  • 10:00am-5:00pm – The American Red Cross Blood Drive (Fort Worth Rooms 1-2)
  • 10:00am-6:00pm – Quake Champions Quake Pro League Competition (Livestream)
  • 10:00am-8:00pm – Esports: The Elder Scrolls: Legends Masters Series Quarterfinal and Semifinal Matches (Esports Stage/Livestream)
  • 11:00am – QuakeCon: Year of DOOM Keynote (Grapevine Ballroom/Livestream)
    This year’s Keynote will include information about QuakeCon, details on Bethesda games, and a special look at DOOM Eternal with id Software’s Marty Stratton and Hugo Martin
  • 12:00pm – Panel: 25 Years of DOOM’s Influence on Video Games (Grapevine Ballroom/Livestream)
    Immediately following the keynote, an all-star lineup of Bethesda developers from MachineGames, Bethesda Game Studios, and id Software will discuss the impact of DOOM’s release 25 years ago on games and the video game industry
  • 8:00pm – Esports: The Elder Scrolls: Legends Masters Series Finals (Esports Stage/Livestream)
  • 7:00pm – Slayers Club Mixer (Exhibit Hall – DOOM Eternal Booth)
  • 9:00pm – Master Pancake Theater Sponsored by Papa John’s (Grapevine Ballroom)

  • 10:00am-5:00pm – “DOOMCon” Speedrunning ALL OF DOOM! (Esports Stage/Livestream) Come watch the fastest players race through Ultimate DOOM, DOOM II, DOOM 64, DOOM 3, and DOOM (2016).
  • 10:00am – Panel: Our Future Continues! – What’s Next for Fallout 76 (Grapevine Ballroom/Livestream) Team leads from Bethesda Game Studios will discuss what’s to come for Fallout 76, including more details about this fall’s major update, Wastelanders, as well as upcoming Vault Raids and Nuclear Winter.
  • 11:00am – Panel: Knee-Deep in the DOOM (Grapevine Ballroom/Livestream) Join id Software developers Marty Stratton and Hugo Martin for a live gameplay demo of DOOM Eternal!
  • 2:00pm – Panel: Building Tamriel – The Evolution of ESO (Grapevine Ballroom/Livestream) Join Zenimax Online Studios’ Matt Firor and Rich Lambert – plus the #ESOFam – for a discussion about the evolution of ESO through the years. From One Tamriel to Elsweyr, they’ll explore the key moments that made the game what it is today and reveal more about the upcoming Scalebreaker and Dragonguard DLCs!

  • Youngblood 80s Twin Day! – On July 26 Wolfenstein: Youngblood takes players back to the year 1980! To celebrate the launch of the first co-op game in Wolfenstein history, QuakeCon attendees are invited to partner with a pal and dress in coordinating 1980s outfits for a chance to win prizes!
  • BYOC Community Tournaments – BYOC players will compete in games like Quake II, Quake Live, Doom II, QuakeWorld, The Elder Scrolls Online, Fallout 76 Nuclear Winter, and more
  • Caught at QuakeCon – The team at QuakeCon could catch you being a great attendee, wearing something cool, or anything else that tickles their fancy, and you could win fun prizes, sponsored by New Blood Interactive
  • Hotseat – Attendees play games with randomly selected objectives for fun and prizes
  • Quake Blind – Watch attendees that can’t see what they’re doing stumble it out in a fierce battle of blind will. Partners go head to head in a free-for-all competition. One person is the eyes, the other controls the character blindfolded

QuakeCon also know as ES:OCon, F76Con and ES:LCon. I get that Bethesda is organizing this but it's kind of depressing.
