Wonder if there will be an upgrade path for the past gen version or if this will be some ridiculous definitive edition garbage that will demand a full price. I just want them to fix the screen space shadow problem on PC. Though if there was a decent upgrade path from PS4 I would probably just play that version I guess.

Microsoft's fiscal year runs July 1 - June 30 so Q2 of FY23 would have been late 2022.

This shows they were gonna talk to Paradox about getting Cities Skyline 2 launch day-and-date on Game Pass. They got that deal. It's launching this month on Game Pass.Factor.

Look through the attachments of the FTC doc. There's tons of mails and pdfs which were mistakenly attached to that 5 page doc lol. Download it fast before it gets pulled down!

RDR2 at 60fps and with those visuals. It’s probably the best looking game on the market, even today. Feels a bit better to control, even with a controller.

People still don't understand what "fiscal year" means. Microsoft has their fiscal year from the 1st of July to the 30th of July, therefore FY23 Q2 was October 2022-December 2022.
So it's either massively delayed or won't happen anymore...

There are actually some quite intriguing emails; it's fascinating to get a peek behind the curtain and see how things operate behind the scenes.
It's a shame, really, all this fuss over nothing. From what I gather, the email is just discussing some options they've been considering. It's not a leak or confirmation of anything.
Before I dive into a thread like that, I'd make sure to check the sources first, just to see if there's any chance it's all just talk.

Take-Two would be mindnumbingly stupid to put a currentgen RDR2 SKU, day and date at launch, on Gamepass.
That's gonna sell at least 20 million+ copies on both these consoles (30 million + if we're counting Switch 2 next year March).
Maybe the already released PC version, but not PS5/XSX versions.

No, it says Q2 FY2023, which was over at the end of 2022 for Microsoft. Even if it wasn't a FY, Q2 2023 was over in June 2023.

R* has reportedly canceled the RDR remasters since then because of the poor GTA Definitive release.
RDR1 'remaster' doesn't really count, it's just a straight up re-release with different anti aliasing.
