As the title says.
I've seem a few threads dedicated to appreciating music from JRPGs, old games and such. One type of game i think really deserves more credit in that regard are boomer shooters (or run'n'gun if you don't like the term).
DOOM was born out of metal, and the ones that followed or were inspired by it have to equally invest on their soundtrack and ambiences if they want to be sucessful, because the atmospher has always been a huge part of these types of game.
Any music from these types of games you appreciate?
PS.: At Doom's gate and The Only Thing They Fear is you are too easy. Spread your wings, be creative, give us something unique we haven't heard 666 times already.
