You need to upgrade everything but it's good to go phase by phase . Probably waiting for mid-end Zen 4 when it's out , the Ryzen 5 6600 for example would be an insane upgrade while being future-proof . It should still pair well with the RX570 for a while until you can find a proper upgrade , probably RDNA3 version of 6700xt .

For quick and cheap upgrade you can do now is probably an SSD Upgrade for your main OS and games if you didnt have it already .

Your CPU and RAM is prettly slow by today Standards. A Ryzen 5 3600 or 5600 would be nice fast allround CPU. Pair it with ddr4 2933mhz or 3200mhz RAM with a CL16 or CL18 at the end of their Spezification and wach a Video on how to setup your RAM in the BIOS to run at the advertised speeds. Its 1 setting very easy and done on 5 min.

With that setup the CPU side should be Covered for a while. Make Sure to buy a motherboard that Supports your CPU out of the Box. Just ask here, someone can Surely help you.

5600 is newer and faster then the 3600 but the 3600 is still a good performer.

Your cpu is the worst bit, 4 cores with no HT is crap. Gpu is on the low side, but you could turn settings down and always get 60fps were it not for cpu stutter. 16gb ram is important as well nowadays.

Could shove a 4790 in there if you can find for cheap. 16gb ddr3. Gpu upgrade when things normalize. Like 3060 or lower.
