If the Ubisoft servers go down you lose it forever. I don't think that's very secure.
No, this is what happens with always online games or with digital games and normal dlc. Or if they shut down Steam/PSN/XBL/etc.

NFC certificates which player is the owner of each item outside Ubisoft's servers, in the blockchain. Meaning that if Ubisoft shut down their servers it will continue in the blockchain, so if some players or Ubisoft later revive the game the info will continue there. Or if Ubisoft wants, they could use them in other games, as Amiibo does.

No idea what this is supposed to mean but reading this sentence gave me a stroke.
Means that you're on many uninformed haters that fears a new tech that you don't understand. Something that happened in the past during the first years of consoles, analog sticks, 3D games, digital games, indie games, online multiplayer, dlc, F2P, microtransactions, GaaS, lootboxes or mobile gaming were introduced in the market.

Many hardcore gamers moaned but they became mainstream, most of them even dominating the market and that didn't mean a gaming apocalypse.

Same will happen with NFT, they will dominate the market because players will like to earn some extra money selling in a free 2nd hand market some game items they no longer want or use, in the same way they prefered to play games for free instead of having to pay to download them. They may even turn the entire digital games or DLCs into NFTs somewhere in the future.

People who were cynical about GaaS and lootboxes were right, those things have proven to be fucking horrible. Lumping them in with the invention of 3D games, indie games and analog sticks is so fucking backwards that it makes me think you must be blind drunk.

NFTs exist to make money for the publishers only and anyone who actually buys in will lose out.
