I was going to write that it's highly unlikely for it to be cancer. But I see that you're in the process of sorting it out.
And yeah, I agree with other saying the same: Usually you should never search online for your symptoms if you don't know what you're doing. ALWAYS go to the doctor first, get a diagnosis. I mean, pretty much every single symptom you search for on the internet leads to cancer, I'm not even kidding..
