I thought it happened this summer, but this thing is STILL only in 8 theaters nationwide. I hope it does not stay in this limited of a release.

I think they were waiting to see how well it did before they expanded it. The fact that it's still showing surprises me, though; didn't they start playing it in the spring?

nevermind, I misread it, its limited release ended after 8 weeks.. it made over 200K though.

Yeah, I thought I'd be able to see it here in Philadelphia by the end of the summer, but no luck. I guess I'll be stuck waiting for the DVD.

It saw a good sized release in Seattle (we were the test market), I had assumed that you guys were getting it at some theaters around the country.

For those in Seattle, the Neptune has been showing it at midnight every Friday for the last month.

Nope, after Seattle, it's only gotten very limited and brief (I think) releases in a handful of cities.
