Why do people care so much about hot women on Twitch???

It's a combination of a few things
  • Unconfident men hate them because they're making what they view as "easy money" for just being hot and showing cleavage while doing things that literally any human can do, like playing video games.
  • Unattractive women hate them because they're attractive and doing well for themselves.
  • "True" gamers hate them because they're gaining notoriety for playing games (usually badly), which they don't feel should be rewarded.
  • Thrifty/Cheap/wholesome people hate them because they're essentially low-risk prostitutes not having to do much to get a lot of money.
  • The 4 or 5 people that Twitch were originally created for hate them for shitting up the platform as Onlyfans Lite™.
  • Contrarians hate them because they're popular.
  • Everyone gets a little annoyed at people that white knight someone that they don't know for no good reason other than they think that it will benefit them in some small way in the future. Example below:

Overall, there's quite a big pool of archetypes that dislike them vs. the relatively few that like them, who are commonly called "simps" or in classic terms "enablers". People that don't care about Twitch Thots don't comment/talk about/post about them, so you are getting about 99% of the population in that group. Hope I answered your question OP.

She can show her tits bounce them, have the camera on them, she can get up an you can see her p hole.
I’m certain if a man took of his shirt, an had his dic viable he would be perma-banned.
It’s just the double standard and those dumb people in San Francisco pretty much killed Twitch for me. I use to enjoy it more than anything, now I hardly watch anything. I just stick to YouTube.

You're a simp OP.

This thread isn't about principles. Someone probably called you a simp, or you saw the word used in a way that hurt your feelings, and now you want a cry, and for GAF to validate you.

How much money have you "donated" so far. 😂

Are the people donating a lot of money usually rich or just getting themselves in financial trouble I always wonder. Sometimes you see the same person donating thousands of dollars over time to a streamer.

I remember hearing one girl said she cross referenced the real name of many of the guys who donated to her on linkedIn, and noticed a large amount of them are engineers.

So I'm guessing they just have cash to burn.

Top streamer in the country isn't defined by gender, gender aside part of entertainment is beauty.

Being an attractive woman feels like using a cheat code in life.

Unfortunately life feels like Dark Souls to those who are less gifted or those who are being demonized by current events.

I get it in a way. And I don't in a way. I used to stream about 4 years ago on Twitch. Nothing major. I had less than 100 subs and at most would have like 20 people watching. But I never did video of myself, only audio. People would ask for a face reveal and i'd occasionally get comments about like "I bet ur hot". It bothered me because i'd like to be known on streaming for my character/commentary/gameplay instead of something as fundamentally arbitrary as appearance. It doesn't help that i'm very average/below average. I am NOT hot by any stretch of the definition. Very average gamer girl. But I think I would have gotten more of an audience if I was better looking and on camera. I fear that if I give in and start streaming again, it won't go well. I had a medical issue and my voice is kinda fucked now to begin with. But it's improving thanks to hard work.

That didn't really answer the question. I just wound up ranting. Beep boop.

What the hell? Is Twitch suddenly on an alternate plane of existence? The internet these days is soaked in increasingly sexy images of chicks - yoga videos, rap videos, and who knows what else? I dunno, hunting videos for all i know~

This forum has threads about how great butts and boobs look, etc

And I'm sitting here reading your wall of text about some overwhelming force of prudes on the world's most popular streaming platform?

Where are these prudes at everywhere else? I don't get it. It seems like twitch is trapped in, i dunno, 2006 or something~

Last night my girl wrapped her on point Japanese ass into some tight grey yoga pants and i got the world's easiest brownie points by pointing out - accurately - that she looks better than YouTube yoga instructors lol~ weird world where some skinny girl with a bewb job has created an opportunity for me to compliment bae~

I mean, I can admit some of them are attractive, but I would never watch their stream. I mostly only watch Twitch for personality, very rarely the game. I suppose a lot of viewers have this weird perception that they have a chance if they donate/sub enough, which is just weird.

Why do we have ass, tits, asian, and dedicated milf threads on this forum?!

Because humans like to fuck and we'll use anything to get horny. That's why.

Good lord, that wall of text.

The world, yes, the world, not just men, will always care about hot women doing anything.

And thats the end of it. You don't have to understand it. You don't have to like it. But just know that is the deal and plan accordingly.

someone should actually tell me what is so great about watching other people play video games through a stream? My nephews are all in on it, and it’s just nauseating to me lol.
I get walkthroughs, or competition, but just watching them play? Huh.

i guess what ever rocks your boat.

Did you ever stand behind someone in an arcade that was a great player and just watch them? It's like that, except you don't need to be good and it helps to have boobs. Selling the dream that there are hot women that actually really like playing videogames and you stand a chance with them because you also really like videogames. Her boyfriend doesn't even play games beyond a casual level.

I guess it just doesn't feel the same, unless you are in an arcade. There's a certain interaction that I experienced back in the days of the Arcades that simply can't be replicated through a Stream. A sense of competition, the energy you sense around you, and the camaraderie.

Some of my fondest memories of playing video games when I was younger, was crowding the MK/KI/SamSho/SF cabinets and going at it with people next to me. The trash talking, the cheers around you, the energy.. Being able to stay in with just 1 quarter round after round. Everyone trying to decipher just how the hell did you do that Ultra Combo, that Fatality, or losing their shit when they see you pull out SubZero in MK3 pre (3rd Patch I think it was) and lock down an enemy to infinity.

I guess i'll call streamers the poor mans version of Arcades then :)

There are sooo many streamers that it's actually hard for Twitch to bombard you with Thots.

I have never been annoyed with these streamers because they are generally down the page. Just don't click, it's not like they are the ONLY people playing your favourite game.

People are thirsty as hell.

Just a quick check on the Just Chatting sections shows around 15 women at the start with 10 of them having a massive cleavage.

Not hating on them, if it works for them financially that's cool. But it really shows how desperate simps are when they are shooting money at them just for a tiny bit of attention

My favorite streamer is hot, but she wears hoodies normally and she’s actually really good at the game and hilarious to watch.

Nothing wrong with it my dude.
occasionally i watch MsKillionaire. She's hot as well but reeeally good at Souls games

In case of tit-streamers:
I dont think its the tits alone that attract incels, they can get them someplace else in better quality.
I think it is the fact that they can anonymously engage with a living woman that seemingly “cares” for her audience and rewards their attention and money with visual stimulation.
Call it nerd-petting if you will.
This is the reason why some of them freak out when they find out that their thot of interest is actually married.

It's really not a thing you can put in to one box. People watch for different reasons. I tend to watch more for personality over gameplay, the games act as background noise. I personally do prefer walkthroughs/let's play but Twitch has the interactivity with the chat that makes it different.

Sometimes I will watch people speedrun games, which is always fun. Seeing if they will beat their records.

As an older person ( I’m sure this playform skews towards a younger audience ) I’ve never bothered with twitch however hot gamer hoes does get my attention.

I don't get it...
'' Thots '' as people call them, I'll refrain from using it because sorta like '' Simp '' I think it gets overused a lot and is just thrown at women constantly for essentially existing and not looking like a walking stereotype of a nun.
But you lot get what I mean...

A lot of people seem to have this unhealthy obsession with hating on them and I can't understand why and I've really been wondering as of late because I've never seen a reason given that I find legitimate.
The main two arguments I've heard is that '' it doesn't belong on Twitch '', but that's up for Twitch to decide and Twitch isn't just about gaming it hasn't been for a LONG time.
If you want to argue about rules then I'd agree that Twitch is inconsistent but that's not the fault of the women streaming and imo if anything the rules should be LESS strict not more strict.
I mean it seems like when it comes to this one thing suddenly people want Twitch to be super ultra strict to the point that women have to quite literally wear turtlenecks, but then the next second people complain that Twitch are getting stricter with policing harassment...
I get that there are streamers like this who do very obvious things that are meant to be sexual, but it has gotten to the point that women literally can't stand up and walk away without people acting like they're intentionally trying to show off their ass.
People are just being totally unreasonable and reading intent into everything.

The second argument is sorta two in one, and it's that they '' hurt other women on Twitch '' because people see them and think that's what female streamers are and disrespect them.
But the same people saying this are often the ones doing the actual disrespecting.
This extends beyond Twitch too into just society in general, a lot of guys ( and sometimes even women ) have extremely negative views on women who aren't modesty and asexuality incarnate and pretend to just be concerned about how they'll be perceived and as if they're just trying to help them lol.
It's like instead of blaming people for being stupid people blame the ones on the receiving end while at the same time being the actual problem themselves.
These women in question are also a very small niche on Twitch, there's some who get a fair amount of views but I have a very hard time believing that people watching them would be watching someone else instead if they weren't streaming.
It's like saying that if League of Legends wasn't a thing then people watching League of Legends would be watching CS:GO or Tekken instead, they're just different audiences.
People go to watch these streams knowing what they're going to get, if they wanted to watch something else they would.
And people don't make this argument with people who just walk around on the streets with a camera, aren't they '' stealing viewers '' too?

But yeah...
I am not really interested in these totally arbitrary arguments based entirely on someones personal subjective modesty views.
Is that really a line people want to go down?...
That's a shitty precedent to set and the same people going after these women then complain when Twitch does just that and bans words for totally arbitrary reasons too.
Who exactly decides where the line is drawn too and why should everyone be forced to deal with your particular views on sexuality?
If there's an actual legit reason why I'll support it, but I have yet to see it.
It all just seems to be people getting upset over absolutely nothing, and it's really not that hard to simply not watch if it bothers you so much.

Lastly calling me a simp isn't an argument, it's essentially just admiting defeat.
I just care about principles that aren't totally arbitrary and nonsensical, this is just something I've seen a lot recently and I especially hate people trying to police others and acting like some morality police.
Especially when those same people are the problem they're complaining about like in the second argument.

It's truly baffling to me to see men complain about the existence of attractive women too lol.
Again you're not being forced to watch anything, and I just can't imagine getting so upset about this.
Like imagine getting so upset because you get to watch hot women in a bathtub FOR FREE IF YOU CHOOSE TO???
I don't understand it at all.

Look at what a typical Twitch viewer looks like and you will understand. Not that much different than an adolescent male who plays fortnite or a socially inept 35 year old man child.

Nerds like boobs and ass, assuming they're straight of course. Because they can't get it in real life, they turn to Twitch, OnlyFans, and porn.

There aren't any normal, confident, masculine, attractive, and high value men wasting time watching twitch streamers or caring about it. It's just a bunch of oddballs and forever alone virgins.

The fact that there are "men" paying these women donations, compliments, and money is an embarrassment on the men, not so much the women. The women saw an opportunity and are just taking advantage of it. This doesn't mean they're high quality women either. No serious woman is on Twitch or OnlyFans.

I'm the opposite. I would only watch twitch for the tittays. The problem is that there is not enough of them / too many clothing rules / not hot enough chicks doing it, so therefore I don't watch twitch.

Kids and adolescent users on twitch? The ladies are begging like strippers. That's fine, but kids don't know how to handle that. That kind of leading, flirtatious tone can make young kids dangerously obsessed. And it's clear that twitch is fine with it or they would have banned that shit a long time ago.
By no means am I agreeing that Twitch needs to change policies. Frankly, I don't even know what the heck this is about. But I found this part of your post very amusing. It kind of suggests, to me, that adults know how to handle strippers who flirt with guys and beg for money. You may not have intended that at all. But if you did, I got a couple questions. How do you explain the Tuesday afternoon crowds at strip clubs? Or the dudes who legit go there and eat dinner? Cause my anecdotal life experience suggests this is a male issue, and not an age issue. If you aren't sure what I mean, go to a strip club on a weekday at lunch time, or at breakfast time.

Also, to be clear I am joking around with you.

I'm pretty sure that if I were hot and people lusted after my looks that I would consider ways to capitalize on it. I mean that's what it's all about, capitalizing on what you have to offer. I suspect many here may be tempted to do the same thing.

I wouldn't pretend that adults aren't sucked into that trap too, but most of them will eventually learn from the experience. I know I've been a sucker on several occasions and it's funny now, but that's so much more devastating to a kid. You're fourteen and throwing tips and bits at a booby streamer who keeps leading you on... it's painful to think about.

And after all that, your pop drags you out of your room holding his MasterCard statement while your mom's in tears.

I guess I just don't get that. There is so many better options for that, I mean even a google image search will get you juicier content.
