Im getting there but this is like my only hobby besides watching baseball, and its tough not having ANYTHING to get excited about. Movies, tv shows, music no longer excites me. E3 was like the one show a year I looked forward to and everyone just seems to want to stay away from it.I just turned 40 in January...maybe I'm just at a point in my life where the whole idea of hype has waned for me. Kinda sad actually.
I guess I was 30 when the infamous 2015 conference happened, but 7 years later, I was hoping these guys would finally have a vision of the future of gaming i could get behind. Not looking likely.
Time to move on and do what other 40 year old men do. Go golfing, buy a fancy car, have an affair or two, and leave video games and other nerdy shit behind. Goodbye Neogaf, hello Ashley Madison.
