you did this to yourself, dark souls, when you didn't let me play the dlc after beating the game.
as much as i enjoyed Dark Souls (that ending was garbage, though), it forced my hand by dumping me into NG+. If i get to the point where i feel the need to grind, im whipping this link out and putting the game out of its misery just so i can see the dlc.
also, game felt so easy after demon's souls. I don't know if it's because i came to it with demon's souls in my play history or if it's because i could have over 20 healing items on me during the last 3rd of the game, maybe it was because i specced as a brutal tank and the game rewards min maxing and a focused build over spreading points over every stat. But really, it's probably because there are bonfires instead of trying to finish a whole stage without dying that makes it seems much easier.

I'm watching impressions of the game closely but it's going to take some extremely positive user impressions to get me to buy it. I don't trust licensed games, I don't care for the license itself, and I don't believe it's below Platinum games to farm one out.

So SteamGAF this gaming season is almost over and we know what is delayed, announced and released or it will be released. So last night i was thinking what we can expect in 2015. and i think that it could be really good year for gaming. Many games that we are waiting for a long time could be announced.
2K could announce Mafia 3 and even R* could announce game.
Bethesda will show DOOM and it is time for Fallout 4 and/or TES game.
EA will show Star Wars games and Mirrors Edge reboot.
Ubisoft could show us new PoP and couple of other surprises.
MS will show us new GoW and Crackdown.
Sony will show Uncharted 4, maybe The Last Guardian and few other first party games.
Square Enix will release Tomb Raider and FFXV also they could show us new Hitman and Deus Ex.
And many more announcements. Beside that we will get Evolve, Witcher 3, Batman AK, Battlefield Hardline, Hotline Miami 2...

Because they're super unreliable. Like in this case they're 30K off at least. Good way to check if a site is banned is typing their name and hitting "Preview Post". If the name shows like this: ******** then it's banned.
VGC has a history of putting up figures ahead of official announcements and then ninja-editing them when they're proven to be wrong.

Wild Season is supposed to enter early access on late November and get the official release on early March 2015. I don't know any other games similar to these both being made and getting a PC release.
Dreamfall is launching tomorrow? I completely forgot about it. With Civilization: Beyond Earth and Bayonetta 2 on Friday and the alpha for Kingdom Come: Deliverance on Wednesday this is definitely the busiest week of the gaming year in terms of great games.
There should be some sort of pre-load period.
I think there's a good chance that it'll appear as a Daily Deal during the Autumn Sale.
I've actually been avoiding buying anything that I'm not going to play right now because I have a decent backlog, and I figure the sales will be equal or better during the next big sale where I get bonus cards or whatever for buying things anyway.

As bad as this week will be, personally my most busy (gaming-wise) week and specifically day will be November 18: Far Cry 4 (expecting GOTY quality), Dragon Age Inquisition (expecting GOTY quality) and Company of Heroes 2 Ardennes Assault (not expecting GOTY, but I enjoy CoH campaigns) launch the same day. If I was after the console version, GTA 5 also launches that day. Absolute madness.
Other notable games that launch on that day that I don't care about: WWE 2K15 (next-gen + PC), LittleBigPlanet 3, Escape Dead Island and Shadow of Mordor old-gen versions. Oh and Construction Simulator 2015, never forget that one. Obviously the previous week we get couple of Assassin's Creed games and new WoW expansion. I *have* to resist the urge to dip into WoW, because I just don't have the time.
I'm still not convinced about Far Cry 4 and not into CoH 2, but definitely getting Dragon Age Inquisition, unless something goes tragically wrong. And GTA V is in January for me. But that's a tough week as well, indeed.
It's still possible.
How do I view this? (I went without a gaming rig for 3 years when my ex somehow got my PC). I'm right clicking the games but there's no view servers :s

3c is as low as you can go. Even if you wanted to list it at 2c and get nothing, you couldn't, but that's where Trashbot comes into play.

I concocted perfect keikaku how to avoid situation that I get myself into during every sale, I mean spending triple or quadruple, etc. of planned amount. Instead of having money cap which never worked for me, I'll go with game count cap. It goes like this: 20 games for myself, if most with huge discounts 25, 15 gifts, 10 for family-friends, 5 for steamgaf. That's it.
We'll see if it'll work better than my previous failed miserably master plans. (><)

Early 2015 alone is going to be crazy.
We have Below, Titan Souls, Hotline Miami 2, Witcher 3, Bloodborne, Killing Floor 2, and REmake.

I've got enough to tide me over until the end of the year, I think. I have Alien Isolation sitting there waiting for more playtime, Binding of Isaac is pre-ordered and waiting for the 4th, I have Transistor, STFU and Saints Row IV to go back to, XCOM to revisit.. I definitely have "enough" to keep me going. Only thing that might sway me is a sale for Hexcells Infinite, have been playing through Hexcells Plus a lot recently and it's really good. Great for having on while catching up on tv.

Same for me. Only game I've broken this rule for was shadow of mordor cause I was able to get it for that sweet Russian price and I simply couldn't resist. It was a good thing I broke it for that game too since it got locked as soon as it came out.

Fantasy Life and Dreamfall for me (although I can't decide whether to play the Dreamfall chapters as they come or wait and play the full game). Still undecided on Civ BE.
I thought it was spring 2015 for all trilogy, so autumn, winter, spring or something like this.
But it's SE we are talking about, so as well it can turn to be spring of 2020 or never.

I'll be grabbing Bayonetta 2 and Fantasia, already have Dreamfall Chapters pre-loaded. Will get Beyond Earth at some point, but I don't have the time for that sort of game right now.
