I just noticed something - games on the wishlist are removed if you redeem a key for them (previously they were only removed if you bought from the store or redeemed a gift, IIRC). Nice little improvement. :)

That's a h huge improvement add far as those little annoying things go. I always wondered why I had to manually remove them myself

It's been that while for a few months at least now, but yeah, it was sorely needed.

That's not true for all keys. I gave my friend XCOM key yesterday and it didn't get removed from his wishlist.

Similarly to Portal, I always respected De Blob for being a student project that got picked up and realised by a proper development studio.

I MADE IT! I MADE IT!!!

After about 200 failed attempts, 3 fresh installs, 2 changes of install locations, several tries with kb/m instead of controller, dozens of tries in windowed instead of fullscreen, at least 600 12 hours sleeps to get to 7PM while raining, I finally managed to finish the third and last sidequest about teaching to cook to Emily and end the chapter to get to save in Deadly Premonition a couple of seconds before it crashed!!

My life is complete now, I can finally go back to the heavens along my angels bros, to resume playing the story mode.

Congratulations, "cooking" is the best.

I can't believe that Prey 2 was officially cancelled. I thought it looked pretty cool. :(

I heard that rumor, hope it's true and hopefully they're still working on it.

It seems weird that they would, just now, officially confirm it's cancellation if another studio has been working on it for a year and a half though.

We don't get Prey 2 as Human Head originally envisioned, but at least they avoided a hostile takeover.

Hopefully they are able to use some of the same ideas in the future, and Arkane working on a SS2 spiritual successor is compelling.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Is this game really based on a character / mascot / logo of a band I've never heard of? That seems pretty random. Maybe I'm just out of the loop.

TBH, I'd say you are. As far as bands that teens like go (at least that's what people I know that like them usually are), Avenged Sevenfold is huge. They also were in Black Ops 2 in a bonus "concert" scene after the credits, from what I remember.

I am not sure if it was on steam but there was a game about Real life trains that you could drive around ( think train version of euro truck simulator) which had an insane amount of DLC that mounted up to several hundreds to even a thousand Dollars.

I am not interested in buying it but i am trying to recall the name .

Anyone know what game i am thinking off ?

I figured that was probably the case. Although I have teenagers myself now but I'm pretty certain they don't listen to this kind of music. My own tastes in music are pretty... eclectic?

It's kind of a neat concept though, especially for people who enjoy the band's music. I would have loved to have some video games based on my favorite bands as a teenager.

Train Simulator.

Hum. New moves sounds a bit interesting, but I have to say these new visuals look way to busy compared to the original's.
The original looked like you were seeing the battlefield through an estimated, simulated model. It kinda implicitly explained why office buildings and other places had no visible furniture and stuff. This new art style makes it tougher to get in that mindset.
