I put fifty-fifty odds on it. Depends on how much focus they want to put on third parties and if Capcom wants to lock down a release date yet. Considering the game's still general 2015, that's far from a sure thing.

For reference, recent Ace Attorney JP launch dates:

AA4: April 2007
AAI1: May 2009
AAI2: February 2011 (don't read too much into this, we had tons of info by January)
(PLvsAA: November 2012, but that was Level-5)
AA5: July 2013

If this were taking place next month, I'd up the chances just because it'd have been 1 year since DGS' initial announcement on Nintendo Direct, heh.
