I expected this considering it looks mostly like the previous games on PS5 with these modes. I wish we could get more 40fps from other developers. It could help the current gen feel fresh for much longer considering the 30fps games we're seeing now. FFXVI and Starfield could really use it.

The game looks great, it just doesnt look best of the gen material like Forbidden West does, for example (a cross gen game). This is hardly a controversial opinion.

You never even noticed on a good 4K LED or OLED. IQ was still fantastic. Unless you are talking about RT resolution and amount of objects, then that is a given. Still better than the blurry cubemaps of Miles and SM:R.

Yeah, Insomniac's upscaller is excellent

I still noticed the difference on a 1080p 21' monitor going from upscaled 4K to 4K, but I'm a graphic whore

30fps mode in SM remastered is shit though. Really really laggy compared to some better 30fps games
