Never understood the appeal to regular lego sets. Shit doesn't do anything.
Now lego technic, that makes sense.
Guess I'm just in a different league.
Because DINKs will pay for it.
Which regular ones? The overpriced millennial ones or kids ones? There are still some ok kid ones but it's obvious their energy goes nowhere to coming with elaborate more expensive set you put around your room to show others how much money you wasted on a plastic.Never understood the appeal to regular lego sets. Nostalgia.I don't get why people don't just put that money towards a decent figurines/model that looks better. Since it's not like Lego kits are cheap. Or in the case of the NES or PS1, put the actual console on display.
I love Legos and video games. The Game Boy was a really fun build, and I heard great things about the NES. I'm interested in a PS1 for sure.
If the lego build that actually plays PS1 games, it will be impressed.
But if its just a regular lego that does nothing..

DINK here. Can confirm, we buy LEGO.
Not in this household! So it's not LEGOs with an "s" at the end for you?
100% - Im 43 and a huge Lego fan. Theres no way a normal person can afford this shit. Its insane. It seems like so much Lego stuff is now focused on nostalgic Gen-Xers and Millenials with disposable income rather than kids.
