This game isn't announced or planned for PS5 (as far as we know), but Sony should pull whatever strings they can to get this game onto the system.

The gameplay is designed around it being for mobile, while that's perfectly fine for mobile it would probably be very bland for console if not even mean it would need to be completely reworked.

Gaming evolved same way as graphics, before it was all about gameplay because there wasn't something else to rely on, now you have games like Dispatch and no one is bitching about its gameplay, or even Expedition 33...

This Horizon game not only has these awful looking characters, it also tries to replicate the Fortnite/mobile game artstyle ramped up to 11 that makes it even worse to look at

Nobody actually like this shit either, it's a cope, people only create/support it to troll male gamers.

Everyone self inserts as an idealized character, the few who don't, if they even exist, are a very tiny minority who shouldn't be catered to constantly.
 
I'm glad... That game is a piece of crap... With all due respect.

And I'm even happier that Resident Evil Requiem was better.

And I'm even happier that Resident Evil overshadowed both of those pieces of garbage that are Marathon and Horizon.

Just think of the time and costs Marathon and Horizon Hunters were combined compared to RE9. And so far looks like RE9 sales are doing great, while we'll have to wait (lol) what sales Marathon and HH get.

What I think is that we could have had more games with the budget of Concord, Marathon and Horizon... it even makes me angry.

That's the western studio way. No budget is ever too big. Gimme more please. Go big or go home mentality. They skew hard to winning gamers on sizzle, not steak. Toss in some DEI politics and that plate of food is an overpriced piece of shit.

But they never seem to figure it out. But with bottomless pocket execs, these grifter studios have had free reign to waste everyone's time and money getting paid to make their junky product. Thats how life often goes. When someone else is paying the bill a lot of people dont give a shit anymore. Its not their money, so who cares.
 
I got the invite to try it a few days ago, but I don't think you could even pay me to play this crap.

Loads of people got that (including me, but maybe everyone who has the app got that) you still had to sign up for the beta and I don't personally know anyone that got in

That's how they bury any critique or honest opinion of the game. These comments all looks so plastic, you can tell that a lot of them (if not all) are from bot accounts. If someone do some investigative work on these accounts it should come to some interesting results. I just checked some and a lot them were created since october 2025 and have ZERO posts.

The game needs a lot of work. It looked ok, you know art style is subjective but they've done exactly what Blizzard did thinking they are making a souls game and trash mobs should take a lot of hits to take down. Very tedious.

And then the objective is like a super legendary monster with strange gimmicks and lots of adds. This game type and setting has potential but I think its shaping up to be a swing and a miss. It was yet another chance to listen to feedback in the alpha or whatever and once again they were ignored.

I had to scroll hundreds of comments to find one negative one. meanwhile on youtube, its the exact opposite. Those are all paid comments, guaranteed.

Guerilla is also hiding negative comments. But in X you can view those hidden replies, just click on the three dots at the top right of that tweet.
 
I clicked on some of the twitter accounts and they were clearly not real people. Join date March 2026 generic replies to threads looking like they're trying to build up "organic" post history.
 
This ugly gaas with its ugly character design and reeking with dei and woke is guaranteed flop. This will be anothe big lost to sony and another blemish to the name of former sony PS chief Ryan and to still active Hulst.

Those enemy designs are so bland. How can they make them worse than that mobile or chinese rip-off game?

Melee combat is the worst thing in Horizon, and they never improved it in the second game. That melee combat also looks as boring as the main game. I doubt they listened to any feedback from gamers since 2017 on PS4 where the melee was already super clanky.

Nothing looks appealing, interesting in what they are showing so far. And the art design is so generic. It looks like a fornite clone.

Funny they block X account and erase comments that are negative about this ugly abomination on x. And you will notice most of the comments are bots and scripted comments.
