Nope. I think Activision still owns the IP. But that doesn't mean Crash couldn't make a comeback. It's just up to Activision if they want to make the game or not.

Probably House. Not sure about last year, but he was at Gamescom in 2011. If Cerny doesn't make an appearance, I can definitely see him showing up to one of the launch events.
