1. Metroid Dread (best overall with a deep and fluid parry system and gunplay)
2. Monster Hunter Rise (really really good but a little too complicated to start with)
3. Doom Eternal Gods Among Us DLC (some great fps combat)
4. Returnal (love this bullet hell stuff)
5. Streets of Rage Mr X DLC (builds on the classic formula)

Hades, ghost of tsushima if we count its ps5 release and Returnal. Returnal only one to truly release this year.

on console, shooters have made big strides in recent years in how good they feel. Maybe it's the 60fps combined with Dualsense. Deathloop, cold War, deathloop, doom, far cry 6 they all feel great.

if I don't include DLC, I don't really have any that are that great...
so I guess Scarlet Nexus? not the best fighting system, feels a bit stiff for example, but it's decent and has some cool ideas.

Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart has decent combat BUT ONLY ON THE HIGHEST DIFFICULTY
(can't stress this enough... don't play any other mode if you wanna have fun with the combat, it's basically Pixar Doom 2016 in that mode)
