Not the studios themselves, but just the catalog of IP. Like having Halo, Gears of War, Forza, Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Doom, Wolfenstein, Call of Duty, Warcraft, Starcraft, Overwatch, Diablo, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, if they continue making Tony Hawk or Guitar Hero games. Not to mention all the "lesser" IP like Dishonored or Rare's back catalog. It's just an insane amount of quality IP to have control over, and possibly rivals even Nintendo (even if the top Nintendo Franchises are beyond massive). Obviously the studios could mess it up, or other things could go wrong that prevents them from being the 1st party catalog, but the IP seems incredible
