Natalie Portman in The Professional. We've all seen it and she nailed that role.

Linda Hamilton in T2. Just rewatched it and damned if she doesn't anchor that film.

I have an INCREDIBLE soft spot for Conan The Destroyer and Grace Jones is the epitome of hard ass female warrior here. You may not realize it, but TONS of actresses have been chasing this performance and failing!

Fell absolutely in love with Zhang Yiyi in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

And finally, Rosanna Arquette in Silverado. Her line "in a few years I may not be beautiful, but this land will be" is womanhood in a nutshell. We should all aspire to marry such.

All of these are excellent mentions.

I'll make a note to watch this movie (Silverado), I didn't know about it and it looks really good.

There are very few actresses that can make me want to watch a film, but here are those few rare diamonds:

1. Geena Davis - A League Of Their Own (Dottie Hinson)

2. Penélope Cruz - Volver (Raimunda)

3. Jamie Lee Curtis - True Lies (Helen Tasker)

4. Whoopi Goldberg - Sister Act (Deloris Wilson)

5. Queen Latifah - Last Holiday (Georgia Byrd)

P.S. Weird to see all these selections without any acting footage.

You're on GAF, this thread will quickly become about who has the best tits. You tried though :p

And sure enough, there are replies below you demanding the same thing. Sheesh. Sometimes it is as if we are trying to prove all the misconceptions that the left wing has about us.

Portman's performance as Mathilde was incredible. I don't think she's ever topped it to be honest.

Zhang Ziyi's acting debut in The Road Home was fantastic too.

I loved it, especially when you watch the lore of paimon and how detailed they were with recreating it, makes you appreciate the film even more

Yep, incredible movie. I was watching this movie while running on the treadmill and almost had a near heart attack towards the end of the movie.

Yes and YES!

In this vein of actresses kinda hitting their peak early, along with Marisa Tomei from Vinny, I'd add Cameron Diaz from The Mask, NEVER hotter
