What a laugh and a joke for a handheld game.

Sad part is it didn't even look that good at E3. It was way below PSX quality and closer to SNES/Genesis. Sucks to since the game has a lot of potential the other versions don't.

If you shoot wide the game stops befre the ball goes outta play and loads up the goalkeeper dead ball scene
Players look good up close, but when in play looks like an old PSX game itself
stutters during play etc too when things go too quick

Gamestop is simply used to every console version of Madden being near-identical, so somebody fucked up and used the wrong screens, not realizing that the DS is hopeless in 3D.

Those top screens can't be DS. It looked terrible. I especially liked that the demo matched up the Panthers and Patriots -- they must have forgotten about last year's Super Bowl.

PSP shots would be in widescreen and the button icons wouldn't be colored, it's most likely the PS2 version.
