Whoa, i didn't know that Clubhouse Games sold a half million copies, interesting.... and it's coming to America.
Pokemon Dash outselling Kirby, Peach and a couple of others, that sucks, Pokemon Dash is probably the worst Pokemon game i've ever played, it really sucks. Probably it affected that it was a launch title.

Zuh? What is this?
Japan: Daredemo Asobi Taizen
US: Clubhouse Games
EU: 42 All-time Classics (or something like that)

A collection of board games and card games and shit. US/EU versions support Wi-Fi, so Japan will probably see a re-release.

Indeed. Daredemo Kantan: Chou Chikun no Tsumego, September 14, i believe with Wi-Fi and Go.

Being published by a different company called Mainichi Communications?

Err, you got me, haha. Don't know where i read that was the online re-release. It appears to be just a Go game. Sorry.

Even if there wasn't a single number here, this thread would be 100% worthwhile for that Tingle picture.

Okay, a few more requests, I guess (and again, you rock, Jonny):

Lost Magic
Bleach
Lunar

Japan will have some serious questions to answer if the Tingle RPG outsells Ouendan.

Not really. Tingle RPG deserves to go platinum.

Tingle has plans, and fancy pants to match.

Wow, so Nintendo's sales (+ Pokemon's) are 1222% bigger than those of their nearest competitor. I feel awed and humbled. I wonder what do the Boards of directors of the rest of the Japanese publishers feel when they see these figures.

Well, since Nintendo released about 20x as many games as the next publishers, it's hardly surprising.

I think I will buy the US version on October (US release month). I enjoyed the japan version, but could not play all the games (because of the language issue).

Jonny, When you said the US version support Wi-Fi, are you talking about the Online, or just the download play / multi-player ?

And what more lucrative alternatives do the third parties have in the handheld realm anyway?

Nowadays, WiFi always means online.

"Gee, I wish we didn't put such a disproportionate amount of effort into PSP development."

Now, CVX, if you bought one, I will play online chess against you (if I can set up the connection). So far, I haven't set up my Nintendo USB Wi-fi yet :(

How did Capcom end up with 5 games?

Rockman EXE 5 DS
Viewtiful Joe
Phoenix Wright
Biohazard DS
???

Did Phoenix Wright BP get counted separately?

Doh... I just listed the titles in the index, but Rockman ZX doesn't have sales associated with it in the total. So, some slight adjustment for that, perhaps.

Out of curiousity, where'd you get these numbers from? Did you get similar LTDs for the PSP, GBA, any other system besides the DS?

After reordering the maker, based on average # / title, it looks like the big loser is SEGA (BOTTOM 3). It is very, very unfortunate, especially considering that Sega released 15 titles for NDS, and also since Sega used to be so big. What do you think, JR ? I remember you used to be Sega fan (together with Anihawk)

How are these percentages derived? It's probably too much to hope for that they've figured out a way to determine who owns both a DS and a DS Lite (and then adjust the numbers accordingly), but eh, thought I'd ask.
