I've been gaming since the early 00's and Starfield is the first time i can remember it seems a large swath of people are rooting against it not involving some political discourse. It seems in every thread, comment section on any platform a ton of people who haven't played seems to be coming together to try and point out the negative aspects of the game from both a business and practical standpoint. I'm not looking for an understanding of what goes through the minds of the people who actively root against it. But has there been a game not involving a political boycott like Hogwarts that has garnered such a high level discourse as starfield?
