First time using a DVD writer, got a quick question...

I have DVD-R media that says 4.7GB, but Nero 6 seems to have set the limit for 4500MB... What gives? Should I change that limit and "overburn"?

Probably one is metric, the other is binary.

1 binary MB = 1024*1024.

1 metric GB = 1000*1000*1000

4500 * 1 binary MB ~= 4.7 metric GB

Actually, it's not even like that. The 4.7 actually means 4,700,000,000 bytes, or roughly 4.34 gigabytes. If you want any more space than that, you'll need a dual layer recorder and discs, or double sided discs.
