Image on the devs Twitter looks a bit Fortnite like in that it's sort of cartoony. Not interested personally, as the game has always looked a bit pants to play in the films. The broom control would need to be better than in HL as that is a pain to fly.

Its weird to see a FAQ out of an annoucement.
Well, at least I know is an aways online.

The better question is why isn't this part of HL? At least as DLC?

Considering the way this has been announced this stinks of F2P cash grab. I'll be surprised if it turns out to be anything other than shit.

Damn the flood gates are open.

Prepare to see a bajillion harry potter side games ranging from fps to racing to cooking to monster hunting. If Lord of the Rings is anything to go by, we may even get a Dobby game.

I look forward to joining the play test and getting my shit pushed in by a bunch of twelve year olds.

Seriously though, this could be fun. Fingers crossed.

I (naively) still have hopes that this will get VR support.
But this at least explains the lack of this in Hogwarts Legacy.

Stupid fuckers, instead of making it a DLC for Hogwarts Legacy they make ... this

HL is the only game recently that I wouldnt mind being GaaS. It makes so much sense.

But of course, by making sense too much sense WB would fuck up

That sucks. I was hoping for a Quidditch DLC or some sort added to Hogwarts Legacy (with improved broom controls OFC), but why do that when you can make it a Live Service title? Barf.

Yup. A DLC sidequest where you change the Headmaster's mind to allow the school to play Quidditch again would be amazing.
